Situated on a site with proximity to the waterfront this contemporary design is of a four-bedroom residential development with stunning picturesque views both on the exterior and interior. This was executed through the introduction of terraces and large window openings that let in and evenly distribute natural light in the internal spaces.

 

THE CHALLENGE

The challenge involved ensuring all the bedrooms and public areas have vistas of the water front while adapting the design to mitigate the issues.
