HOUSE ON TEMPLE ROAD

 

AD’s residences are brand enhancers. This extensive house is no different as it reflects its owners penchant for warm and generous entertainment. Conceived as a party venue which must also function as a private house while providing the necessary seclusion and security for its private spaces, the house does not reveal all its features from the front approach. The play of rhythm and proportion can be better experienced from the pool side acts as the primary party space.

 

All the three living rooms on the ground floor open up on to a generous porch, giving guests a variety of spaces to socialise.

 

LIGHTING

Interior and exterior lighting from floor lights in the entrance hall to the lighting in the powder room were all designed by AD Consulting.
