THE BRIEF
Outlined the design of a bedroom residential development situated close to a water body with associated chalets for guests, including servants’ quarters and sport facilities.
THE CHALLENGE
The challenge involved ensuring all the bedrooms and public areas have vistas of the water front while adapting the design to mitigate the issues.
COLOR PALETTE
The exterior was treated with neutral hues to blend with the surrounding scope, a stone finish was recommended on the walls.
